Do you have a model that we can look at?

Answer:
Yes, we have a mode located on I-85 South between exits 35 and 39. Just get off on exit 35, turn right (if your coming south) and follow the signs.

What is your pricing?

Answer:
We build a 24x24 one story basic garage for $10900 and a bonus room basic for $15900. For other pricing information please give us a call.

Question:
What�s included in the basic garage package?

Answer:
The basic garage package includes a finished exterior and a unfinished interior including:
1. A concrete foundation with poured wall system.
2. A custom wood frame built on site wrapped in OSB plywood and a weather barrier.
3. Shingled roof
4. Vinyl siding
5. 2 windows
6. 1 walk through door
7. 1 double car garage door

Will you do a brick foundation to match my house?

Answer:
Yes, we will do any type of foundation.

Question:
Can you custom build a garage to match my house?

Answer:
Yes, we are also a custom home builder and we can custom build an attached or detached garage to match your house.

Question:
Will you finish out the inside of the garage?

Answer:
Yes, we will take the interior finish work as far as you would like.
